Can I bring my existing website?+
Yes. When account signup opens, you can submit a migration request with your current URL. We’ll review the site and scope the move separately. Creating a request does not start a subscription or grant access to your current hosting.
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. The dashboard is designed for editing supported content and sending update requests. API keys are an optional way to connect technical tools, with access limited to the sites and permissions you choose.
Can you handle the updates for me?+
That’s part of the plan. You can send update requests and explicitly delegate selected sites to named Cylentware staff. Choose review-only help or permission for routine updates. Human work is scoped separately from automated edits.
What’s available in early access?+
The account and workspace foundation comes first: sign in, submit migration requests, and manage access to eligible sites. The signup page shows whether public registration is currently open. Billing, automated hosting activation, domain connections, and assistant connectors are still being completed. The dashboard shows what is ready for your account.
